But, if I add songs to EP on my desktop, without the unit connected, then connect the unit after, will it apply all changes? Is that what it does? I’m scared to do that and it not work…
Yes, it is.
Example: you add new tracks inside a crate already present both in the collection and in the external device, when you connect the device and then you will synchronize from the collection to the external device (direction to the right), your new tracks complete with HOT CUE , grid, etc. will be copied to the remote device.
But: if you create a new crate in the collection and then add new tracks to it, when you synchronize you will not automatically have the copy of the crate on the remote device. To do this you will have to click on the small square and turn on the “check” to indicate to Engine Prime that you want to keep synchronized that crate complete with all its contents. Only then will the crate be sent to the remote device and kept synchronized.
