Hey, Im using the X1800 not only for the Vinyl decks, Sc5000M and other stuff but also for making tunes with Ableton, all sounds good and I love the versatlity and options the mixer has to offer. I just want to check that the internal soundcard is good enough for me to create and do mixdowns from my tunes on, I cannot afford to buy a high end soundcard so was hoping id get away with the Mixers internal card. What limitations am i likely to encounter? cheers
Well it’s reasonably good, but it’s no RME-audio, Antelope etc. with super low latency.
It will work but eventually it will fail with many instruments and tracks in Ableton, I guess.
