I have two cards, and on both cards there are problems on the output, the sound comes with clicks, I tried to change cables and computers, I used different programs, the sound always comes with distortions, I changed the settings of the card. it helps to reduce the gain a little and then the sound becomes cleaner.

hello, yes support answered, but could not help. Their answer: write to the seller as it may be that the warranty has not expired. but one card is more than a year old, and I bought the second one on ebay
The same problem on my DS1. Output sound comes with distortions. I contacted with technical support today, waiting for an answer. Buy on Amazon in March 2018.
