Single speaker with mc3000?

Hi. I recently invested in my Denon MC3000 controller and am getting items as I can afford them. I’ve now just purchased a single Wharfdale active speaker and was wondering if it’s possible to use the 1 speaker on its own or do you have to use 2? TIA

Without knowing the exact speaker model you have, this will be a bit generic… however, yes you can!

Your controller will have two output options, the TRS Jack or the RCA

Depending on what speakers you have you could either do;

  1. Connect a single TRS Jack into a single TS port on the speaker
  2. Connect both RCA cables into both RCA inputs on the speaker
