The other deck is freezing while I play my set. Set how many minutes should be maximum. How many minutes is the ideal? When the installation of the set is completed, the other deck continues to work. Software error still not corrected.
I guess you have the famous screen freezing problem which happens to many MCX8000. Nothing else to do than contact Denon support and send it for HW repair.

You should be able to play your sets for how many hours you want. When the MCX is repaired you will be able to do so. Just contact Denon support.
