Serato sc5000m not working correct

Hi I’m trying out serato, setup 1800 mixer and 2 sc5000m all firmware up to date. In serato settings I see mixer and players connected, but I can only scroll the library and pitch control shows up when going up and down, playbutton is flickering and songs will not start when activated. Any ideas?

I’m on a MacBook Air i7 2013/ 2014 model
