I’ve been Doing with Denon gear for 25 years and love the MCX8000, however both the screens suddenly stopped working and Denon support couldn’t do anything for me. Extremely disappointed.
It’s a hardware fault and should be repaired even outwith warranty. Many many units have had this due to a faulty chip.
Any one have luck with Denon support on this issue?
Denon upgrade the display buffer chip on mcx8000 models whether they’re inside warranty or not. It’ll need to go to a denon service agent
salve ho anch io lo stesso problema!! non so come muovermi la mia mcx8000 a 4 anni quindi non e piu in garanzia!! qualcuno sa aiutarmi?
