I’ve had my SC6000s for about 4 weeks, on one of them the touch platter has lifted on one side. Would you see this as a manufacturing fault?

What did the retailer say when you let them know?
The unit is shipping back to retailer Friday, they will then look at it and decide next action…
I’m interested if anyone else has had this happen to them or does this look like a one off?
