Thats not normal. Serato has been rock solid for me…more than 10 years
It’s been ever since their last update I don’t know what is going on with them but that was a mistake i made by upgrading .
I didn’t do the last official update as there was nothing in it for me.
I dont use Tidal or Soundcloud Go.
I’m still on 2.0.5.
I normally give some incremental updates a miss.
My next update will be for the SC5000M support.
Smart I’ll have to start doing the same although im actually trying to get the M’s and X1800 soon.

I use a pair of 1200’s as well as the sc5000m’s and an x1800. I would love to have them all work together.
Serato would certainly solve this issue, and I recently (yesterday) and foolishly bought Serato Pro + DVS + Video; as I thought this combo would solve several issues I was having with my reckordbox+DDJ1000+1200’s ;
I am pretty well invested in the SC5000M setup at this point.
