Im having problems with one of my Sc5000s, they turn on but they on the engine os screen and nothing happens. I connected it to a computer and it doesn’t read it. I tried emailing tech support several times and they don’t answer. someone please help.
So they are stuck in the boot up sequence?
Hold MEDIA EJECT + SOURCE + LAYER and power ON the device while holding these buttons until You see the update screen.

I’m still having trouble with this please help.
so I did this was able to download the update but it still stays in the powering screen frozen. tech support won’t reply to my emails at all. I don’t know what to do anymore.
Well, did You download the update and You have it on a usb stick?
no its on my computer
Try to make an update from a USB stick with img file.
I tried that it won’t let me update by Usb because its stuck on that scree from the picture. I was able to update my other sc5000 by usb but not the one with the frozen screen.
