My sc5000 starting to freeze a lot drewing a set I have to re boot the player also I had to disconnect my players from the x1800 mixer as when I turned down the volume it would re start the song playing any help much appreciated.
That’s the fader start option on the mixer - if you’re not wanting that feature, or not sure of it’s usage then switch the fader start and crossfader start switch (to the right of channel slider 4 to “off”
ok cheers don’t how it was activated but will check and turn it off.will be returning one of my sc5000 for replacement under guarantee tomorrow ,hopefully that will resolve all my issues as I love the prime series .
