Hey guys I am new to the Sc5000 and I was wondering if while loading a new track I am able to adjust the bpm setting as some tracks have inaccurate bpms and can how do I change the first down beat marker to a place lower in the track.
I am a Serato user and I can do this there but don’t know how to do it on the Sc5000.
If you hold the track browser knob down you can slide the grid right or left…this is only usefull if engine just misses the downbeat
You can also half or double time the BPM there.
But if the bpm is totally wrong i.e not any of the aforementioned scenarios…there is no way to correct this currently.

It can be fixed using Engine Prime, just not on the player itself.
@SirReal she/he asked how to do it on the SC5000.
And there is no way to correct a totally wrong bpm in EP except if you know the BPM and type it in.
I just wanted them to know there is a way to do it, albeit, a very tedious way.
