It will be a future connection for more (probably like you described to want 
), but for now it’s to get wired internet connection into the players (connect switch or router to “pc” marked port) and to get lighting sync out.
As the good man Reese mentioned.
It currently works for integration with Soundswitch (a lightening app) Resolume and Timecode.
Keep the questions coming and we will answer.
If many people have done same due diligence before buying…there will be less complaints.
There are caveats to using the PC port with those softwares
Eg only resolume arena support
You need a licence for Soundswitch
And Timecode you need a second mortgage for that
