[RESOLVED] Database of (unknown) is corrupt popup at power on

  • Software or Firmware Version: (1.2, 1.3.1, etc…) Firmware 1.3.1 but also did on previous versions

  • Steps to Reproduce: (Turn on unit, press button X, etc…) Turn on unit, with nothing plugged into unit, the popup message "Database of (unknown) is corrupt and may not work properly

  • Expected Result: (ex: It does X…) Message does not popup every time I turn on player

  • Actual Result: (ex: It does Y…) This is a new unit and the message pops up every time I turn the unit on

  • Reproducibility: (ex: Happens 1 out of 10 times.) every time it starts up

  • Other Relevant Configuration Info: (ex: Plugged into a Windows 10 laptop.)

  • Operating System & Version (if applicable):

If nothing is plugged in and nothing is connected via the network, than this is not a bug, but a faulty unit. Contact support.
