We purchased the Denon Prime 4 and host DJs which use Rekordbox für their music management. In preadvance we wanted to analyse the stick in Engine Prime, to reduce loadingtimes while performing. My and the USB Stick of my friend created with rekordbox 5 and 6 worked without any problems, but the Sticks of the other DJs didn’t display any songs in engine prime to analyse. Can you maybe help me to find out why the Sticks can’t be analysed?
Are they Fat32 format?

Yeah, the first thing that came to mind was that they’re not formatted in either Fat32 or exFAT.
