Problems copying my Serato music to playlist

Hello, So I’ve tried to copy a single crate and all the music in a crate into a playlist that I created in Engine DJ. I also tried to select about 30 files and drag them onto the play list area. Neither method worked. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong?

Start afresh

  1. Delete Engine Library folder (on Mac it’s in Music folder, on Windows it’s in My Music folder).
  2. Start Engine DJ
  3. Update serato library (in Engine Dj)
  4. Right click Serato Collection or crate
  5. Add to collection
