Saludos, tengo un controlador MC7000, ya casi desde un año, luego de actualizar mi equipo tengo problemas con los pads del plato del lado izquierdo, de los 8 solo funcionan 3, consulta esto sera daño fisico del equipo o tiene que ver con el software del equipo ?

As you say that it was all working fine until you upgraded the computer, I’d be thinking it’s the computer, software, or midi mapping fault .
I don’t think 5 pads on a controller would all break together
Well it happens to me the same when I use a Mac and when I use Windows 10, I have the same problem of the pads, how could I solve this, I have to install the serato dj again?
