El Sábado de la semana pasada estuve usando mi Denon durante un par de horas, la apagué y la guardé en su flighcase.
Ayer fui a usarla por la tarde desde el Sábado anterior y el botón de beatjump de la bandeja izquierda falla a veces, y el de play/stop de la bandeja derecha tengo que apretarle bastante para que funcione.
Mi Prime 4 no tiene más de 100 horas de uso y ya tengo problemas con los botones!!
Algún método que pueda probar para arreglarlo sin tener que acudir al SAT de Denon?

Can you share some information regarding your setup?
Is your Prime 4 updated to the most recent firmware?
What computer are you using and what OS?
If you’re able to, can you share a quick video of what your experiencing as well?
no encontrar algo que decir pero ¿se puede hacer un video sin tocar mil veces la jugada? ¿Por qué y cómo ves la respuesta del botón? ¡¡También porque presionar el botón de esa manera lo daña más !! y repito hacer un video donde presionas el botón una vez, luego esperas 5 segundos y lo presionas nuevamente, tal vez para que podamos entender más; Gracias

Based on that video, I’m not sure what you’re trying to achieve by rapidly pressing the buttons like that. Is there a specific technique you are attempting to perform by using that button? The frequency at which you are attempting to trigger the beat jump button is alarming so more information as to what you’re trying to achieve will help clarify the issue, if any.
Otherwise, we believe that this unit is functioning normally.
