Hello i have take a PRIME 4 and i downloaded the engine Prime software. The software is started only the first time, now don’t start, also if i re installed. Can u help me? i have MAC with Mojave 10.14.5.

Sorry to hear you are having this problem, can you please try deleting the Engine Prime database and folders, reboot and try a fresh install please.
