@iaad - Are you on the latest firmware (1.5.2)? There have been many improvements between 1.5.2 and 1.4.1, including improved stability.

What would the trick be? Do you use them in cycles of half an hour each?
No, I use them over the slow no-name USB thumb drives I used before.
So what you meant is: guys, use good branded USB sticks! 
Yes, I agree with you. But restarting the whole system for a reading problem on the USB stick seems a bit drastic to me. Anyway let’s see with the new firmware 1.5.2 if it has been fixed, the other guys will tell us. This has never happened to me personally, so I can’t judge.
