Tu peux essayer d’utiliser un chargeur d’ordinateur portable, ils sont souvent en 19V aussi. *Attention à la polarité des branchements dessus par contre. Le positif est à l’intérieur généralement. *
Juste tu le branche pour voir si le voyant de charge s’eclaire, ne met pas le Prime Go en route. C’est juste pour voir si c’est bien le bloc alimentation le probleme ou le Prime Go.
Si c’est le bloc, direction SAV ou achat …
