Engine prime keeps crashing on the client part of load up

Which OS do you use? Which version of Engine Prime do you use? Does the PC meet the EP system requirements? Are you receiving an error message?

Hi I’m running Windows 10 and have had engine running i only downloaded it about a month ago was using it for about a week then i closed it down and when I came back to it it wouldn’t load up past the client part of the load screen
