Prime 4 won't go to home/utility screen

Hello All, New user to Prime 4 and out of the box it’s on update 1.5.1. It need s updating to 1.5.2 but I can’t get to the home/utilities screen. Tried back, swipe screen. At a loss as to what I’m doing wrong? Had Denon products before and had no problems. Can someone kindly advise as I’m keen to get playing as you can imagine? Thanks

Hi Djdb, Hold down the Menu button for a few seconds. (no need to press too hard!)
