So v1.6.1 was recently released and it will make downgrading to an older software version safe without any ill side effects. That’s great news.
Now, what about us Prime 4 owners that came with firmware v1.5.4… There is currently no v1.5.4 to redownload or go back to only a lesser v1.5.2.
Will v1.5.4 be uploaded to the server??

sorry, why do you want to go back to 1.5.4 when 1.6.0 is fine?
Also, and I am speaking in general, Denon has not yet made public the 1.6.1 for OTA updates on the site, I don’t understand why one has to update right away.
It is always better to wait for it to become official.
Probably, the fact that the update to the new firmware has started, I think there has been some error in the system.

V1.6.0 became listed in older firmware: LINK
but I hope they will make V1.5.* available soon otherwise it would make no sense to have done 1.6.1 with the ability to downgrade.
