Just transfer crates to internal SSD card and there are duplicates of all the tracks. Any ideas why?
If you’re referring to the list in the Engine Prime browser, then yes that’s normal.
For some odd reason, Denon though it was a good idea to show the contents of both the source and destination drives at the same time.
Ok is there anything I need to do on the controller to view the crates? Do I turn off and one after ?
Have you read the manuals for the Prime 4 and for Engine Prime?
Just follow the instructions.
That question makes no sense.
Eject the SD Card after you’ve copied your crates and playlists. Then you won’t see the duplicates. Just something to work around as you can have multiple Engine Libraries (external drives, USB Flash Drive, SD Card, etc.) mounted at the same time. Browsing your crates and playlists in the Devices section will also avoid seeing the duplicates.
