Prime 2 issues

Hi guys, hopefully someone can help.

My prime 2 has been working perfectly up until last night.

I have no sound from coming out of deck 1 through to my monitors. The headphones work perfectly as does deck 2.

Any ideas/ is this a common fault etc.

Check cross fader settings (assignment) and any settings in display (if any)

Try factory rest. If all that fails try the firmware again.

I’d imagine if none of that solves the output issue, it might be your CH output that gone in which case contact support and see if u have warranty or a return/exchange policy with the store you purchased from.

Factory reset. All sorted now thank you. :+1:
