Check for corrupted MP3 files, they can be the cause of a reset some time.
no i have problem no support from company can any one belive that i have buy just 1 month and bboth of my player not working?

yes i change 3usb all mp3 file problem from player,becuse other player with same usb is working
Same goes with my both units, sporadically resets.
