Pitch range troubles

Hi! How can I change rhe pitch range from 8 to 16? If I keep hold Shift and + nothing happens. HELP ME!

That depends on the software and the mapping for the mc4000, not the hardware itself.

Hold down shift and press the keylock button, it should cycle through the different values each time it is pressed. I believe it is 8, 10, 16, 50, 100
