I have DNMCX6000MK2, which I purchased back at the end of December 2019 as I was planning to get back to djing events, but due to COVID I press paused on djing until today. The volume control on both mic 1 & 2 don’t control the volume of my microphones, I had to use the knobs on the cordless unit’s to adjust the volume. The mute buttons work, just not the volume knobs. .
Any suggestion on the problem and the fix? Thanks - jonny

Unfortunately to me I submitted my question to Denon and number got a response. I guess I won’t be purchasing a Prime Go due to the no reply
