No source error during my sets

Thanks v much mate. Eventually got hold of denon on phone yesterday who advised the same. New cables now in transit. I really hope they work as if they don’t im looking at returning 3 units separately to 3 different retailers. Unless some of you clever folks know of a way i can figure out which port is causing the issue

Hi, well, i am experience the same problems that occured only after the latest update, i have players and x1800 for few years,never had problems till now, is there posibly New update that will maybe solve the issue? I don’t believe that all of our malfunction players are in error bcz of them hardware but software…i don’t know, hope someone gets the sollution😎
