Hi. My needle drop function doesn’t work. Anyone know or recommend a trouble shooting tip to resolve?

Just to make sure, you know you have to touch the jog wheel for the needle drop to work?
I think (but not 100% sure) that maybe this behavior can be set differently in software (Serator), but I’d have to check. The utility menu in the 8000 offers no option to change that behavior. Or at least I couldn’t find it.
