I have been trying to call connect my MC 7000 to my computer, but my computer doesn’t recognize the controller. I downloaded the driver from my controller, installed it. I bought the license for VDJ. And still VDJ does not recognize it is connected. I will try connecting to another computer later on. If you have any suggestions on how to fix this , I will appreciate it.
What computer, what Operating System (OS)?
I have a MSI, running windows 8. FYI I was able to get my computer to recognize the controller. I had to update all nonessential updates using windows update. Once I did that I restarted the computer and presto the computer recognized the MC7000.
