Hi, I have 1 denon dns3700 and 1 sc3900 I used to play both using virtual dj, but my only problem was that every time I pressed the platter button the song stopped immediately, I saw a video to fix the problem and upgrade my sc3900 to Firmware 1010 and my 3700 to 2020 and then I changed the Jog pulse in my 3700 to 2960 and it works great with the 3700 now I can do scratch while the song is playing. But my great problem now is, when I connected the 3700 and the sc3900 together to my computer like always do, both have the same number and both play just the deck number 1 or number 2, I tried changing the midi channel but it doesn’t work. My sound setup is:

Inputs: None Outputs: External Mixer (deck 1: chan 1&2 / deck 2: chan 3&4) sound card: Denon Dj Asio Driver (ultra latency Asio)

please help me I really need to use my cd players again, thank you!

DENON

That’s not the latest version, you need v1100, please update. viewtopic.php?f=59&t=19777

DENON Both Decks MIDI channels should be set to CH “1” for VDJ Pro 7.4 For SC3900, dont confuse “Unit No” for MIDI CH.

My sound setup is:

Inputs: None Outputs: External Mixer (deck 1: chan 1&2 / deck 2: chan 3&4) sound card: Denon Dj Asio Driver (ultra latency Asio)

DENON This is correct.

While VDJ is closed, open In the Denon DJ Asio App and make sure both decks are ‘enabled’.
