While creating playlist for an upcoming wedding I have I was creating cue points and making new crates in serato when all a sudden I started only getting music from deck 1 and nothing from deck 2. My headphone level was down as I was not using them. I became worried and started searching for the source of the issue so i turned off serato and came out of controller mode and was having the same issue. I turned up the headphone level and it was now controlling the volume for deck 2 and my crossfader no longer works. I’ve only have this unit for a few months can someone please help
