MCX8000 woes

Hi guys bought my MCX8000 in 2019, it’s so far been back to denon for repair twice, first time for freezing left hand screen, 2nd time for failed power switch and freezing LH screen, so I now have more issues, power switch failed 6 weeks after the last return but wasn’t to bothered, but now LH screen back light has started flickering, it’s not constant but not right would denon still cover this as a repair? With Xmas round the corner I’d rather wait to get silly season out the way first, but this depends if the prime 4 I have on back order turns up
