OK so quick enquiry, I’m looking into buying the 8000 I love the 4 channels makes it nice and easy to set up turntables to run along side player, but what happens if I buy a tune from say beatport or traxsource and add it directly to a memory stick from my tablet or computer, will it load and play or do you have to use the software to add tracks to stick ?

Yes, you can add it without using Engine Prime but then you will need to use browse through folders function on the unit to load it and play it.
Also, you need to make sure you downloaded a format mcx8000 supports (it DOESN’T play 48khz files).
