Mcx8000 v2.5 screen error

After upgrading V2.5, the right screen is not lit, and the left screen is lit but frozen

Connected to the computer can be used, but the screen doesn’t respond, and i can’t enter the menu

I would re-do the firmware update by forcing the unit into the update mode.

Just contact a service center.

If it’s one of the mcx8000 that had a bad display chip then usually it’ll be repaired by Denon, unless there’s any unusual circumstances.
