Hi all. First time user of Serato for my MCX8000. I have connected the USB to my computer but Serato keeps saying MCX8000 hardware unable to connect and to try again. Am I missing something? Thanks
You are missing several already posted topics here of the same issue with Serato, search and read them. Also, Serato posted on their webpage a handy guide on what to do when your Serato hardware won’t connect to SDJ.
