Why did you expect for your controller to work with software version that was older that the controller???
Upgrade to 1.9.4 or later.
Because a lot of controllers after 2015, 2016 etc works with Serato old version…
Controllers only work with SDJ software that was released with their announcement and after.
And since generally your hardware is the license key to the latest software … no problem?!
