Hey all.
I have connected my MC3000 to new HP pavilion windows based laptop. However, there is no sound outputted from the controller in the speakers nor headphones. I have tried playing songs from my computer and use the controller as a soundcard, and also connecting to tractor pro 3. The results were the same for both no sound. Things that I have already tried:
- Validate all the connections
- Checking my speakers and headphones with other devices
- Installing the Mc3000 Asio driver from this site.
- Installing Asio2all driver
- Reseting the controler (BACK + FWD + CFMode)
The computer identifies the controller, and sound options appear as Line 1/2 (Denon DJ MC3000), Line 3/4 (Denon DJ MC3000) and speakers (Denon DJ MC3000),
I am a bit lost. Any suggestion would be welcomed! Thanks.
