Link problems between my SC5000M Prime

Hi,

sometimes the link is not working between both players…i have to insert 2 USB sticks…Any idea where the problem is?

Start checking everything what is between the players. Cables, lose contact, switch/hub/mixer. How You link the decks? Did You try to use new/different cables?

I go from one player with the link cable directly to the other player. I only use this two players and one Allen&Heath Xone 96. Will try it with another link cable. Thank you for your help! I hope it works after changing the cable :blush:

Be sure to insert the cable correctly, until You hear a characteristic click.

I think you’ll need a crossover RJ45 cable.

With the new cable it‘s working :smiley:

Not crossover - that will not work. Only straight cables!

replace the cables - any from your pc with the matching standard should do the job! the ones they send with it are bad qualitiy. BOTH of them had cracks in my case.
