Prime 4 Led lights on the right side wont work
You will need to provide some more info. For example
Which firmware version? Did they fail after a firmware upgrade ? Does upgrading/downgrading the firmware resolve the issue? Are the buttons / platters working? Any error messages on screen during/after boot?

The “On Air” option may be active in the “utility / preferences” menu. If so, the jog wheel will light up when you raise the fader.
