I sold a pair of denon sc5000 , when I get to the client one of the players has the Jog locked , even making the updates it remains locked and no image appears in the jog , it keeps looking but does not load image and does not show the execution of the file , I’ve done updates but it still doesn’t go back to normal

Try going to SETTINGS and under the ABOUT/UPDATE tab, click on RESET TO DEFAULT.
