I am an iPhone user, and the problem is iTune media player error While playing DJ songs also trying to control equalizer but the up-down controller not working and showing error code-iTunes Error code 4013- its an iTunes application issue.
Can You provide more info, like model of the controller, pc/mac, what dj software You use, is it only phone vs the controller??
