Issue LEFT master out

I used speakers connected to master output for the first time with my Prime GO and noticed a serious issue. (I used only my headphone so far because i did not have a gig due the covid-19)

There is popping sound when moving the master volume knob quickly.

The popping sound only occurs at the LEFT output channel. The VU Led also light up.

I have the same issue. I thought contact cleaner would help. No response from Support, as my unit is over 1 year old and apparently out of warranty. Poor workmanship.
