yesterday my Denon x1850 arrived and I already connected my sc6000 but it does not send or receive an audio signal, what should I do?, it detects the link connections but not audio, I have the recent update

How have you connected the players to the mixer?
What source is selected on the channels where the players are connected to?
Dumb question but have you connected it do digital or line ins? Have you selected the correct inputs per channel on input selectors?
