Hello, I cannot update, the X1850 Firmaware Updarter program does not detect me.

Interestingly, the computer makes the “noise” that something has been connected to the USB. But as you can see, he tells me he can’t find it.

Is the mixer in update mode?

Until the software detects the mixer, it cannot be put into update mode.

2 minutes ago I got it. I finally put it on my PC’s back USB.

I tested up to 2 mac I had, and the update software wasn’t even running.
