Hi there, I just got my new Prime 2 yesterday and I think I got a defective one. The headphone port does not seem to work at all. I made sure cue was on and volume was turn on on cue. Made sure to have a signal going to the cue channel (music goes to the speaker fine) and I see the bar light up. I made sure the Filter is turned to the middle. Also tested with multiple sets of head phones that I confirmed worked on my other DJ equipment.
Any ideas?
