Hello there
I notice from another topic that Denon will contact with the latest Firmware/Drivers for the HC4500 on request… I am looking for exactly that 
I have actually never used my controller since I purchased it in 2006(ish) so I know it’s going to need updating and I have just got a specific laptop to use the controller with, so really do need this download; and unfortunately the downloads still aren’t available in the Downloads section of the website
