GUI not correct on Windows 10

i cannot see the top part of the GUI, no one/two layers or settings are visible

ideas?

When you manually resize the window do you see them? If yes, I would mess around with your resolution settings in windows.

I managed to sort it thanks. Once I placed cursor on bottom corner it allows me to expand the GUI and suddenly the maximise option appeared. Weird.
